If you already drink another brand of noni juice:

Check the label carefully for ingredients, make sure you are paying for pure Noni Juice.
Check the color of the liquid. Pure noni juice should be reddish brown.
Check the taste. It should be strongly bitter. The less bitter it is, the more diluted it is.
Make sure your noni juice is thermally treated (pasteurized) to kill bacteria.
Check the exact source of your noni juice, the best noni juice is from the Marquesas Islands or the older Hawaiian islands (Oahu, Kauai, Molokai and Maui). Noni grows best on ancient volcanic and coral soil.
Make sure your supplier does not use fertilizers or pesticides in their noni farms. (this is difficult to verify, especially if the supplier doesn't identify the exact source of their noni).
Make sure no additives are or preservatives are added to your noni juice.
Have your juice analyzed and certified by an independent lab. Do not accept the excuse from any company that their noni juice has proprietary ingredients or processes. Get the facts.
Also, be sure to think through deceptive statements such as "100% pure Noni Juice" or "100% authentic Noni Juice".
These statements do not mean that their juice is 100% pure noni juice. Our company uses thick wine bottles, thus assuring a shelf life of up to 24 months.
